Ty Masterson (born September 23, 1969)[1] is a Republican member of the Kansas Senate, representing the 16th district since 2009.[2][3] From 2005 to 2008, he was a Representative in the Kansas House of Representatives. He lives in Andover and has served on the Andover City Council.

2026 Kansas gubernatorial campaign
Masterson is a candidate for the Republican nomination in the 2026 gubernatorial election in Kansas.[5]
Personal life
Masterson filed for bankruptcy in 2011 after his construction business went under.[6][7]
