The Most Valuable Party (abbreviation: MVP) is a political party in Singapore.
Most Valuable Party (MVP) founder Chia Yun Kai announced the formation of MVP in April 2025. Chia intended for MVP to contest in East Coast GRC[4]. However, at that time, MVP was not registered as a political party.
Chia joined the Singapore Justice Party (SJP) in the lead-up to the 2025 Singapore General Election[5] . He stated that his values align closely with those of the party. As a SJP member, he contested for the Singapore Democratic Alliance in Pasir Ris-Changi GRC.
Chia resigned from the SJP on May 4 2025, after the general election, to pursue his own political ambitions with MVP.
MVP was officially founded as a political party on December 18 2025[6], when it was registered under the Registrar of Societies.
