Harmanec (Hungarian: Hermánd) is a village and municipality in Banská Bystrica District in the Banská Bystrica Region of central Slovakia.[4]
History
The village first appears in historical records circa 1540.[4]
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 441 metres (1,447 ft)[3] and covers an area of 7.75 km2 (2.99 sq mi) (2024).[5]
