Dunstan Luka Kitandula is a Tanzanian politician and a member of the political party CCM. He comes from a political family; his late father, Luka Dunstan Kitandula, served as a Member of Parliament for 20 years and was the CCM Regional Chairperson for Tanga Region.

Dunstan Luka Kitandula was elected as the Member of Parliament for Mkinga from 2010 to 2025. He has served as the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Energy and Minerals, the Vice-Chairperson of the Committee on Finance and Economy, and as a Deputy Minister for Natural Resources and Tourism.[1]
