Breizh Reconnaissance Orbiter

Breizh Reconnaissance Orbiter (BRO) is a low Earth orbit satellite constellation developed by the French company Unseenlabs,^[1] headquartered in Rennes, Brittany,^[2][3][4] with the support of the French Ministry of Research and Innovation.^[5] BRO is focused on radio frequency spectrum monitoring and signal intelligence for maritime and aerial traffic surveillance.^{[5][6][7][8][9][10]} The 6U and 8U CubeSat-type small satellites^[11] are built by the Danish company GomSpace.^[12][13] The first BRO satellite, BRO-1,^[14] was launched in August 2019 on a Rocket Lab Electron rocket.^{[15][11][16][17][18]}
